✅One arm row 12.5kg 4 sets x 8 reps
✅Deadlift 60kg 5 sets x 6 reps
✅Chest press 27.5kg 4 sets x 5 reps
✅Squat 50kg 2 sets x 6 reps / 55kg 2 sets x 6 reps

這兩天覺得胃不太舒服,
一到前勁就好了,
難道是我練太少嗎😂
